Italy: One Week in Photos

Galleria in Milan

Galleria in Milan

Greetings from Italy.  It’s been over a week since I arrived and things have been amazing.  The following is a pictorial blog illustrating just some of the exciting moments from my trip, so far.  The first week included accomodations in Milan where we toured restoration projects to a church and train station, headed to the roof of the Cathedral at sunset, viewed The Last Supper, took a boat on Lake Como, walking the streets of Bellaggio (much better than Vegas’ version), watched the Giro d’Italia from the streets, all before heading to Crespi d’Adda to begin work on the preservation project.  More detailed stories to come, but enjoy these snapshots from my first week in Italy.  Ciao!
